隐私政策
本政策适用于“编译 · YiEdit”浏览器扩展及 trans.worldokay.com 提供的相关服务。服务由编译网站维护者提供；隐私、访问、更正或删除请求通过帮助页面所列渠道联系。
1. 主动导入网页时处理的内容
只有你主动点击“摘录并翻译选中文字”或“保存当前网页”时，扩展才读取当前页面内容。划词摘录包括选中文字、所在段落上下文、论文标题、来源地址以及网页可提取的 DOI、章节和作者；整页保存包括当前页已加载、可读取的正文与图表等。内容会交给编译网站建立文档；整页保存后由你选择翻译章节或全文，待翻译段落才发送到翻译服务。扩展不主动遍历浏览历史，不后台批量采集其他标签页，也不读取浏览器保存的密码。
请只导入你有权处理的内容。网页正文或来源地址本身可能含个人信息、查询参数或敏感内容；不要导入不希望交给在线服务处理的内容。PDF、图片 OCR 和未加载的付费正文不属于当前支持范围。
2. 翻译、账号和云端文档
- 翻译：待翻译段落经编译服务端发送给所选提供方。当前配置支持腾讯云机器翻译、DeepSeek，以及用户自行配置的兼容 API 服务。具体路径取决于网站中的账号、会员或 API 设置；调用自定义 API 时，段落将发送到该地址。提供方按其自身条款处理请求。
- 本机保存：未登录时，导入文章、译文、人工修改、批注、文件夹和回收站记录保存在当前浏览器的编译网站数据中。未登录并不表示离线翻译：在线翻译仍需发送段落。
- 云端保存：登录后，文章内容、来源信息、标题、译文和批注会自动同步到该账号的云端文档库，普通双语文档也可保存到云端。网站可能保存文档版本，以支持历史恢复。
- 账号及可选功能：网站处理你填写的邮箱、账号验证信息、会话 cookie，以及主动配置的 API 服务信息。主动购买网站会员时，还会处理订单和支付状态；反馈表单会处理留言、联系信息及必要的请求标识。扩展本身不读取银行卡信息。
3. 权限及使用目的
扩展使用 contextMenus 提供右键入口、activeTab 在你操作时读取当前页、scripting 执行随安装包提供的正文提取和内容交接脚本、storage 保存连接状态和短期导入记录。Chrome 和 Edge 商店版的网站访问权限仅覆盖 https://trans.worldokay.com/*，用于连接检查和向编辑器交接内容。
数据用于提供翻译、保存与恢复、批注、账号验证、支付、反馈及服务安全。编译不销售用户内容，不将其用于广告定向，不为与这些功能无关的目的收集浏览活动。当前扩展没有广告或第三方访问统计脚本。
对于通过 Google API 获得的信息，编译遵守 Chrome Web Store User Data Policy，包括 Limited Use 要求；这些信息仅用于本页披露的功能，不会出售，也不会用于广告定向、信用评估或放贷。
4. 服务提供方与技术记录
编译网站及其托管服务处理文档和请求；所选翻译提供方处理待翻译文本。主动使用密码重置或反馈通知时，邮件服务处理相关邮件信息；主动购买会员时，支付服务处理相应支付信息。编译不保证第三方提供方采用与本服务相同的保留策略，请同时查阅所用提供方的隐私说明。
服务器为运行和安全需要记录访问时间、请求路径、IP 地址、浏览器信息、响应状态及错误等技术信息；翻译服务可能在内存中短期缓存译文以减少重复请求。必要时，内容及技术记录可能由你所在地以外的服务提供方处理，取决于你所选的服务。
5. 保存、删除与控制
- 扩展在浏览器本机暂存一次导入的内容；网站确认接收后会删除这份临时记录。未完成交接的记录 30 分钟后不可再读取，并在后续导入时清理。该临时记录不同于已保存的文档。
- 本机文档保留在浏览器网站数据中，直到你删除相关记录或清除该网站数据。移入回收站仍可恢复，不等于永久删除。清除网站数据前请导出要保留的内容。
- 云端文档、历史版本和回收站数据由网站保存。移入回收站或卸载扩展不会自动删除全部云端数据；如需永久删除文档、版本或账号，请通过帮助与反馈提交请求。我们将核实账号归属并处理适用的数据范围，说明处理情况及依法或为处理争议需保留的记录。
- 你可取消分享链接、删除自配 API 设置、退出账号、撤销扩展权限或卸载扩展。卸载扩展不会清除编译网站独立保存的数据。已经导出的文件或被他人获取的分享副本无法由本服务远程删除。
6. 政策更新与联系
本页面会随实际功能变化更新生效日期。涉及新增数据用途或权限的变化将提供相应说明，并在需要时取得授权。联系入口：编译帮助与数据删除。请勿在反馈中发送账号密码、支付密码或 API 密钥。
Privacy Policy
This policy covers the “编译 · YiEdit” browser extension and the related service at trans.worldokay.com, operated by the YiEdit website maintainer. Contact the maintainer using the channels on our support page.
What we process
Only when you invoke the extension do we extract the selected passage or the loaded article. Passage excerpts also include paragraph context and available title, URL, DOI, section and author metadata. Full articles are saved first; only the passages you choose to translate are sent for translation. The extension does not scan your browsing history, continuously collect other tabs, or read saved browser passwords. Article text and URL parameters may themselves contain personal or sensitive information.
Translation paragraphs are sent through the YiEdit backend to the selected provider: Tencent Cloud Machine Translation, DeepSeek, or a compatible API endpoint you configure. Providers apply their own terms. Content may be processed outside your location depending on the provider. Guest translation also uses online services.
Guest documents, translations, edits and notes are stored in YiEdit website data in your browser. When signed in, documents, source metadata, translations and notes also sync to your account on the backend, which may retain document versions. The website processes your email, authentication information, session cookie and API configuration when you use those features. Optional website purchases involve order and payment status; support requests involve your message and contact information.
Permissions and purposes
The extension uses contextMenus for the menu, activeTab for the page you select, scripting for bundled extraction and transfer scripts, and storage for settings and temporary imports. The Chrome and Edge store editions request host access only to https://trans.worldokay.com/*. We use information to deliver and protect the stated functions. We do not sell user content, use it for advertising targeting, or collect browsing activity for unrelated purposes. The current extension contains no advertising or third-party analytics scripts.
The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This information is used only for the disclosed functionality; it is not sold or used for advertising targeting, creditworthiness, or lending.
Service providers and retention
Hosting and translation services process the information needed to perform these functions. Optional password-reset and feedback notifications use an email service; optional purchases use a payment service. Necessary server access and error records may include IP address, user agent, time, request path and status. The server can temporarily cache translations in memory. We cannot promise retention practices on behalf of external providers.
Temporary extension imports are deleted after the website confirms receipt. Unacknowledged imports expire for retrieval after 30 minutes and are cleaned up on a subsequent import. Saved documents are separate from these temporary records. Local website data persists until removed; uninstalling the extension does not erase it. Trash entries and cloud versions are not immediately permanently deleted. To request permanent document, version or account deletion, contact support. We verify account ownership, process the relevant scope and explain any records retained for applicable obligations or disputes. Exported files and copies already obtained by other people are outside our remote control.
Your choices and contact
You can revoke permissions, uninstall the extension, remove API settings, cancel sharing links, export your documents or clear site data. Export anything you want to keep before clearing site data. Request access, correction or deletion through YiEdit support. Do not send passwords or API keys. We update this policy as functionality changes and provide notice or request permission where necessary.
